Digital Immigrants vs Digital Native

Digital Immigrants. Digital Immigrant are people who born before the internet and other digital devices are created. Internet and email was created on 1996. so the people who born before 1996 are called a Digital Immigrants, because they live in the non digital era and they migrate to the digital era which is after the internet was created. usually these people are have no idea how to use the internet. The era before internet was created also can be called a Paperland, because they were using a handwriting, typewriting, note-taking by hand, reading, etc. an information that is made in the paper. And Digiland. people are using keyboard, a file on the computer, email, and online information. and in the other side, the people who born after the internet was created are called a Digital Native, these people usually are know how to use an internet, they understand well about an internet and they usually too lazy to use a paper to write down and searching an information.

Why is it important to share information?

Sharing information & sharing a knowledge that we have are very important, because it will provide another skill or something that people needed. but usually people have no time to find it on a book, or a newspaper, so with a blog, and internet, people will find an information that they needed faster, and easier.And for example that the people in the rural area, in the village, they cannot go to the town/city library to get an information easily, with the help of internet, people don't need to go to the city to just borrow a book there. In this way, people will find the information that they need faster and easier because the internet are work very well and very easy, with the help of the search engine, of course it will be more faster. we just need to type what things that we needed to find and they will search an article or a site that contain that information. from that, we can save time so much. but beside that, some people are born before this modern era, these people are born before the internet was created, these people are called a digital immigrant.
